It depends which version of photoshop you're using.
On mine there is a "T" with a black outline around it and I click that,
or next to the text layer there should be a button, double click
on that and select the "Stroke".

oh well you just add a stroke to the text. :)
double-click on your font text & the blending options will appear.
check off the "stroke" section & customize the settings.

I think the font was called "miss" and I got it off dafont.com. :)
